We aim to make it straightforward to order from our online shop.
If you have any difficulty please do not hesitate to contact us.
When you have selected an item you wish to purchase select the quantity you require then click the ADD TO BASKET button to add the item(s) to your order.
When you have added all the products you require click the CHECKOUT button.
You will be asked for the information we need in order to process your order.
An order can easily be cancelled or changed right up to the point at which you click the PAY button on the last page of the checkout process.

All orders placed via the Website are subject to acceptance by Glen Murray Publishing. We reserve the right not to accept an order for any reason and will not be liable to the party placing the order or to anyone else in these circumstances.
After submitting an order you will be sent an order acknowledgement email with your order number and details of the goods that you have ordered.
Please note this email is an acknowledgement and does not constitute legal acceptance of your order.
Acceptance of your order and the formation of a contract between us will take place when goods you ordered have been despatched to you.
Please check the details on the acknowledgement email and contact us as soon as possible if anything is not as you intended/ expected it to be.
We recommend that you print the acknowledgement email and retain it for your reference.
Mail Order
We welcome mail orders by post, email or telephone.
Simply write, email or phone us giving the Product ISBNs, Titles the quantity of each you would like, who you would like it sent to and how you would like it to be shipped.
We also need your name, address and telephone number to process your order.
We will reply the day we receive your order and tell you the cost of the order, including shipping.
We can accept payment for mail orders:
- by cheque or postal order (made out to Glen Murray Publishing, crossed a/c payee and sent to Glen Murray Publishing, The Studio, Gas Lane, Kirkcudbright, DG6 4HX, Scotland.

Your order will be dispatched the working day following clearance of your payment.
Availability
All products offered for sale on the Website are subject to availability.
If a product you order is not in stock at the time we receive your order we will contact you by e-mail letting you know when we expect the product in stock and offer you the following options:
- dispatch the rest of the order now and send you the out-of-stock item(s) when it comes into stock
- wait and dispatch the whole order when the out-of-stock item(s) come into stock
- cancel your order in accordance with our cancellation and returns policy (see below).
If you chose to cancel the order we will refund any payment already collected from you in respect of that order, in accordance with our cancellation and returns policy (see below).
Payment
All payments for goods purchased via this Website will be charged in Great Britain Pounds (GBP).
Approximate Euro and US Dollar equivalents of the shopping basket total are displayed beside the Pound total.
Local credit/ debit card providers will bill you in your local currency.
Please check local currency equivalents.
Credit/ debit cards
We accept payment by most major credit or debit cards.
We currently accept Maestro, Mastercard, Solo, Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron and American Express.
All credit card transactions are processed to high security standards via PayPal.
In placing an order you confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours.
All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.
If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment we will not accept your order and we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
We will notify you that your card issuer has declined authorisation but we are not obliged to inform you of the reason for them doing so.
We are not responsible for your card issuer or bank charging you as a result of our processing of your credit/debit card payment in accordance with your order.
PayPal
We accept payment via PayPal.
To pay using your PayPal account click Checkout with PayPal when you are ready to pay for your order.
Cheques/ Postal Orders
Cheques should be made payable to Glen Murray Publishing and crossed a/c Payee.
Please write your order number (which we will give you in our confirmation email or by telephone) on the back of the cheque.
Cheques/ postal orders should be sent to Order Dept, Glen Murray Publishing, The Studio, Gas Lane, Kirkcudbright, Dumfries and Galloway, DG6 4HX, Scotland.
On completion of the credit/debit card payment transaction you will be sent an email confirming your order and your order will be processed.
In the case of orders paid by cheque or postal order your order will be processed after the cheque or postal order has cleared through the bank clearing system.
Handling and Dispatch See also Delivery (below)
Orders for delivery within the UK that we receive by 2.00pm Monday to Friday we aim to dispatch the same day.
Orders received on weekends we aim to dispatch the next business day.
Orders paid for by cheque/ postal order will be shipped on the business day following the day on which the cheque/ postal order cleared.
We will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that our published estimated delivery times are met.
Glen Murray Publishing cannot accept any liability any delay or non-delivery caused by inaccuracies in address information you may have given us or due to other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping
We aim to keep shipping costs to a minimum.
Our shipping charges are based on the postage for the weight (products plus packaging) of your order and what it costs us to handle and ship it.

We ship to Europe by Royal Mail AirMail.

Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders received before 2.00pm on the same working day they are received.
UK
Orders are shipped by Royal Mail First Class Post.
These orders should be delivered the within one or two days of dispatch.
Please note: some deliveries are subject to circumstances beyond our control. In the UK please allow up to 7 days for your order to arrive, particularly at busy times of the year.
Europe
Orders shipped by Royal Mail Air Mail.
These orders should be delivered within 3 working days.
However, since some deliveries are subject to circumstances beyond our control, in the UK please allow up to 10 days for your order to arrive, particularly at busy times of the year.
Rest of the World
Orders shipped by Royal Mail Air Mail.
These orders should be delivered within 5 working days.
However, since some deliveries are subject to circumstances beyond our control, in the UK please allow up to 14 days for your order to arrive, particularly at busy times of the year.
If you have not received your order within the times indicated above please email us at sales@theorganicbodycareshop.com or telephone 01557 332473 giving the transaction ID (sent to you in the email confirming your order).
Please note - we do not ship to PO Box or Poste Restante addresses either in the UK or overseas.
Ownership and Risk
Once you have received your order, all risk of damage to, or loss of, the goods becomes your responsibility.
Customs Duties and Taxes
You the customer will be liable for any customs charges incurred on goods you have ordered.
Cancellations, Exchanges and Returns
If for any reason you are not happy with an order or a product you have purchased from Glen Murray Publishing we will gladly exchange it or give you a refund.
If you intend to cancel your order in accordance with the cancellation and returns policy, you must take good care of the goods pending their return to us.
By law you have the right to cancel an order within 7 days of the day after you received it.
You are entitled to a full refund - excluding any delivery costs we may have incurred in shopping the goods to you.
You do not have to give a reason for cancelling your order.
Should you wish to cancel your order in this way please telephone 5601 141603 as soon as possible.
In order to process refunds we require your name and address and the transaction ID number (if the order was placed via the Website).
If the order you are cancelling was placed by post please make that clear when you contact us.
We will provide the address to which to return the goods.
All goods should be returned unused, unopened and in a re-saleable condition, preferably in the packaging in which you/ the recipient received them.
We will not provide refunds for goods opened or used unless the goods are faulty.
It is your responsibility to ensure that returned goods are properly packaged and arrive safely.
You are also responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.
We will refund your payment in full within 30 days of receiving notice of your cancellation - excluding any delivery costs we may have incurred in shopping the goods to you.
If you paid by credit or debit card via the Website, your refund will be made directly to your credit or debit card within 30 days of your cancellation.
If you paid by any other means, your refund will be made by cheque which will be posted to you within 30 days of your cancellation.
Goods Incorrectly Supplied or Damaged or Faulty on Receipt
If you receive from us goods that are not as ordered, damaged or faulty please contact us by telephone on 05601 141603 within 3 days of receiving the goods.
We will make arrangements for you to receive a refund or a replacement at no extra cost.
We may ask you to return the goods to us in the original packaging so please retain goods and all packaging until you have spoken to us. If we ask you to return the goods we will pay the postage.
Please telephone or email us before returning any goods.
Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations
Our returns and refunds policy is in accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive which came into force in October 2000 and is part of UK law under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. This law applies to all transactions within the UK where a consumer does not meet the vendor.

Any dispute over matters covered by these Terms & Conditions will be governed by the Law of Scotland.
